St. Germain Electric is currently seeking a full-time apprentice to work in Massachusetts. The current work load is about 80/20 commercial/residential.

About Position

• Full-time plus overtime
  
• Salary: $15-30/hr. based on experience
  
• Paid Holidays & Personal Days
  
• Location: Boston, Rhode Island and Surrounding Areas
  
• Paid weekly
  

Job Requirements

• Possess your own transportation
  
• Valid driver’s license
  
• A strong mechanical aptitude
  
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  
• Climb & work comfortably on ladders
  
• Take pride in your work
  
• Have all your own necessary trade related hand tools & cordless drills
  
• Pay attention to detail
  
• Able to listen to and follow directions
  
• Willing and able to learn new things and retain new knowledge
  
• Self-motivated and shows initiative
  
• Have some electrical experience
  
• Electrical schooling is preferred
  
• Work authorization
  
• Pass a background check
  
• Must be professional and work respectfully in an office environment
  
• Good personal hygiene
  

Experience not required but a plus:

• Pipe-bending
  
• Tel-data
  
• Wire-snaking  
  
• Wire pulling
  
• Old work installations
  
• New work installations
